As some of you know, I've been working on some ways to share this hobby turned business that I love with friends and family across the country. Of course attending in person to do a workshop 4000 miles away from where I live creates more than a few challenges.
While a catalog party was always possible, it's tough to embrace the full spectrum of the hobby and available products without being able to feel the running of ribbons through your fingers, hear the sounds of punches and dies cutting paper, and see all of the available options first hand.
A few of us have done some one on one and tutorials via Skype as well which is an option I am looking forward to tweaking and perfecting ~ stay tuned!
There was also the issue of inviting outside orders from friends and family who might not be local to you since all the orders needed to go to one address in order to be considered a party..
